At the top right there's a list of options:
Submit Art
Update Journal
etc. Click Submit Art. It'll have you read the agreement/contract thingie since it's your first tiem, just accept and move on (basically it says the art is YOURS and not DA's. So 'sall good.)
Then select the correct options to submit your writing. ^_^ You'll go through several categories. then it will ask if the gallery submission is right. Then it will go to step two, where you describe it. then yeh. It SHOULD be pretty self explanatory. After the submit art thing. ^_^
